A pathway is a model that describes the interactions of genes, proteins or metabolites within a cell, tissue or individual, and is not simply a list of genes. It is not simply a list of genes.
  We identified three resistance genes as NBS, RLK, and RLP. The NBS gene was identified by pfam number PF00931. The RLK gene was obtained from the Pfam annotation by searching for "kinase".
